Illegal operation of Quarry at TRP2 ? .....
According to a reply letter received from Pejabat Daerah Dan Tanah Gombak, ref. no.Bil(29)dlm.PTG(PK)5/4/2003 dated 10 Jun 2009, the application for quarry operation permit at Taman Rawang Perdana 2 submitted by Mahumas Sdn Bhd was rejected by the said office in their meeting on 13 August 2003 & 22 October 2003 respectively.
No quarry permit has since been issued to Mahumas Sdn Bhd.
Does this mean that the quarry operation by Mahumas Sdn Bhd at Taman Rawang Perdana 2 since 2003 until now was illegal ?
